Harvard student who was homeless as a teen draws on her own experiences to create a pioneering scheme that provides women living on the street with free menstrual hygiene products

Nadya Okamoto, 18, from Portland, Oregon, founded Camions of Care - providing free tampons, pads and panty liners to homeless women - two years ago and distributed over 25,000 packages.
