Japanese kitty Chibikuro caught with stolen frozen fish

Japanese Kitty Chibikuro was caught with a piece of stolen fried fish by his owner Kuni-Chan. Instead of giving up the contraband, the kitty wrapped both his arms around it and didn't let go.
