Radiant Sophie Wessex shows no signs of tiring as she greets well-wishers
The Countess of Wessex was still in high spirits as she set off from York on day four of her epic 450-mile bike ride this morning. Sophie, 51, will cycle from Edinburgh to Buckingham Palace.
