Gordon Ramsay's belief in Angela Hartnett helped spurn her on
Chef Angela Hartnett, 47, started working for Gordon Ramsay in 1994. In 2008 she opened the Michelin-starred Murano, in Mayfair, followed by a cookery school at a hotel.
