Driver pulls over and pushes man in electric wheelchair 200-feet UPHILL in storm

The man, who has not been identified, stopped his car after he saw the passer-by struggling in the bad weather in Nova Scotia, Canada. It took him over five minutes to push the wheelchair up the hill.
