Nathan Adrian shows off his tan line as he pose nude for ESPN Magazine's Body Issue
The 27-year-old three-time Olympic gold medalist is one of the 19 athletes featured in the magazine's eighth annual Body Issue , which Nathan said he agreed star in out of pure excitement.
