Flat in home of McVitie's heir up for sale for £1.75M

Robert McVitie Jr, son of the McVitie's founder, bought the 18th century house, Woodcock Hill, in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire for £9, 500 in 1907. It was converted to apartments in 1951.
