Abandoned morbidly obese chihuahua is put on a diet

Lu-Seal the chihuahua, from Pittsburgh, PA, was nine years old and weighed 16 pounds when she was abandoned. New owner Julia Morley has since helped her lose 6.5 pounds in eight months.
