Former ballerina says pressure fuelled her eating disorder

Now 20, Anais Garcia, from Baltimore, Maryland, was surviving on just 600 calories a day as a 16-year-old ballerina. She weighed just 80lbs (5.7st) at the height of her anorexia battle.
