Try this dumbbell chest exercise to strengthen chest muscles and perk up your cleavage 

Lie flat on a mat with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Press your lower back into the mat. Hold a dumbbell in each hand above your chest and slowly allow your chest to open.
