Florida man who weighed 714lbs shows reality of extreme weight loss
Sal Paradiso, 35, of Tampa, Florida, who used to weight the same as as 45 bowling balls, has lost a 322lbs (23st) - leaving him with 80lbs (5st) of sagging skin which he needs surgery to remove.
