Bishop's Stortford man was inspired to lose weight by The Rock
Rich J. Guy, from Bishop's Stortford, ballooned to more than 16stone 7lbs and had suffered bullying since his teens. But after seeing unflattering photos of himself he dropped almost 4 stone.
